At Tuesday's Board meeting, Dr. Matthew Harris, Supervisor of Fine Arts, and Abington School District art teachers, curated the 2023-2024 Abington School District Art Exhibit in the Administration Building, and recognized the students who have created wonderful pieces of artwork and dedicated them to the building. A favorite weekly tradition returned to Abington Schools earlier this month: High-Five Fridays! High-Five Friday is a weekly initiative started by the Abington Township Police Department in order to increase positive interactions with students in the Abington School District. Every Friday, with the exception of a pandemic hiatus, officers visit our elementary school buildings to greet students in the morning with a fist-bump or high-five. #ASDProud #HighFiveFridays
