PTO Holiday Shop- Don’t forget! The PTO Holiday Shop will be 12/1 and 12/4. All items will be $2, paperwork has gone home. This year we’re going green! Please encourage your students to bring their own reusable shopping bag. Otherwise, fabric shopping bags will be available for $1 at the shop.

Congratulations to our student athletes from across our seven ASD elementary schools who competed in our annual Elementary Track Meet earlier this week! The event serves as a transition activity to bring students together from all of our elementary buildings before they become Middle School classmates. #ASDProud #ASDAthletics

Our fourth and fifth grade students worked hard and had a blast at the elementary school track meet today 🏃♀️











Our first graders wrapped up their science unit on weather with a fun at home project! Students were asked to describe their "Perfect Day" and use their creativity to show case what that would look like! Way to go kiddos!

This week schools nationwide celebrate National School Psychology Week to highlight the critical work school psychologists do to help students thrive. This is a time to recognize and show appreciation for our school psychologists, who support students' learning and mental and behavioral health, promote positive and inclusive school climates, serve on school safety and crisis teams, and collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to improve student outcomes. #ASDProud #OneASD #SchoolPsychWeek


REMINDER: The Arts in ASD parent/guardian group meets again tonight at 7pm. This meeting will be held in the library at Abington Middle School (above the main office entrance). The meeting is open to any parents/guardians of students in grades K-12.


It's officially the month of November, which means it's time for students to be introduced to a new theme from the Abington Pledge of Character! This month's character theme is RESPONSIBILITY, with students pledging to be responsible for their actions.
