Today is Paraprofessional Appreciation Day, and the Special Education Department is celebrating at our schools all week long. Thank you to our paraeducators for supporting our students and teachers year round! #ASDProud









Roslyn's first grade students completed a Social Studies project called "Hearts Across America", with the goal of receiving a valentine/letter from all 50 U.S. states, and from other countries as well. The project helped students better understand using maps and identifying countries, states, continents, and their own place on the map! Correspondences were received from 48 states, 22 countries and six continents! #ASDProud









On Friday night, Abington School District hosted the first-ever regional elementary Best Buddies event at Abington Senior High School. The event, to which Best Buddies chapters from across the region were invited, featured face-painting, a photo booth, sensory and coloring stations, a yoga session, and dancing for families in attendance.
