Huge thank you to Shere'e Brown, a human resources director at Lincoln Investment, for taking the time to speak to our students. Ms. Brown shared her experience and knowledge of what happens during an interview and gave students an opportunity to learn about how to prepare for one, what to wear, and what to say. She also conducted mock interviews with students. We are so grateful that Ms. Brown was able to share her expertise with our students, and we hope she will be back soon. Abington School District applied for, and was awarded, a PLCB Reducing Underage Drinking and Dangerous Drinking Grant to purchase the goggles, which are being used to enhance the learning experience of our scholars when reviewing the dangers of underage drinking.

We are very proud to announce that Abington wrestler Anthony Marzulli is the sixth to be awarded the Craig Phillips White Memorial Award, in memory of Abington wrestler Craig White, Class of 1999, who always worked hard, supported his teammates, and volunteered to give back. Each year, the award is given to someone who holds those same tenets. We are #AbingtonProud #ASHSProud #FirstinAthletics #Schoolpride #Bingwrestles

REMINDER: Now through the end of March, everyone who shops at the GIANT on Susquehanna Road in Roslyn will be invited to round up at the register to support Feeding School Kids in ASD! Donations are used by the Student Services Department to purchase GIANT gift cards, which are distributed by our social workers directly to families in need in order to help supplement the cost of their groceries.

Key Club's annual food drive brought in over 1,500 pounds of food for 6 local food banks! Thank you to everyone who donated, especially the social studies department! They have been our rockstars year after year!
Key Club members, board members, officers, and Mrs. Christa Peters helped deliver all the items on Friday, 12/19, despite all the rain! Also, a big shout-out to Xander Grasty, Ian Burmester, and Coleen Dougherty, who helped load everything onto the bus! We are #AbingtonProud #ASHSProud #FirstinActivities
