2) Attention all students: if you are in need of some service hours to kick off the school year, Key Club is offering quite a couple of opportunities this month. SCIENCE OLYMPIAD: The Science Olympiad Team will be hosting a bake sale fundraiser outside Cafeteria A after school on Friday and Tuesday. BOYS SOCCER: Abington Boy’s Soccer is celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the program TODAY, Thursday evening, SEPTEMBER 19 for their game against Springfield. There have been only four coaches in school history and our current coach Mr. Garber is the longest standing coach having just marked his 30th year as head coach last season. The game will take place at 7:00pm this Thursday, September 19th in the stadium. Abington Boy’s Soccer Alumni will be playing in an Alumni game, before the game, at 5:30pm so don’t forget to show up early! T-Shirts will be sold for $20 down in the gym area this week and next week to commemorate the anniversary. Please see Mr. Garber or Mr. Pitkow if you are interested in buying a T-Shirt.
