On Tuesday, October 15, Abington School District will host a Town Hall and Open House at Abington Middle School to invite residents to learn more about the proposed options for the future of Abington Middle School and share their input and feedback on these plans.
The Town Hall and Open House will be held at Abington Middle School from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will feature a presentation on the options under consideration to address the needs of Abington Middle School, a Q&A session, and information stations for residents to ask questions, receive additional information, and share feedback.
The District has been engaged in a long-term facilities planning process for nearly three years. Since May, the District has been focused on evaluating research, data, and community feedback to inform options to address the highest priority identified in this process – the future of Abington Middle School – while also addressing facility needs across the District.
As the District moves forward, input from the Abington Township and Borough of Rockledge communities will remain critical to the decision-making process. Visit OneASDOneFuture.org to stay engaged in the facilities planning process, and use the Connect Form to submit questions or feedback.
