As we plan for the first day of school, it is necessary for us to obtain dismissal information for your child(ren). Complete the Overlook Dismissal Form after accessing your child’s class placement via Skyward by using the following link:
Once you have successfully accessed the link above, please complete the following steps:
Select your child’s grade level.
Select your child’s teacher.
Answer each question listed on the Google form.
Click “submit.”
If you have more than one child that attends Overlook, you must complete steps 1-4 above for each child. Please complete this request by Monday, September 2nd.
