McKinley's Vision
We recognize and meet the individual needs of our diverse student population. We believe in educating the whole child to develop caring and cooperative individuals who respect themselves and others; strive for excellence in their academic performance and social behavior; accept responsibility; learn about their multi-cultural world; and make positive contributions to the rapidly evolving global society. We challenge and support our students to be their best selves.
We use a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach provided by school and community resources. To continually improve our instruction and climate, we support active participation of our school community, invite frequent self-evaluation, and promote creative problem-solving. We value and encourage collaboration and teamwork.
