NATIONAL SCHOOL COUNSELING WEEK:

This week we are celebrating National School Counseling Week. Today, let’s talk about your counselor’s dreams for our school.

Their dream for our school is that every student feels supported and welcome. That we treat each other with kindness, embracing and celebrating our differences, listening and learning from each other.

Author Audre Lorde said, “Tomorrow belongs to those of us who conceive of it as belonging to everyone, who lend the best of ourselves to it, and with joy.”

How can you help us meet our goals for our school? Can you reach out to someone today to ensure they feel like they are part of our school community? Do you feel like you belong? Let’s talk about how we can make our school a safe and nurturing space for all of us. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

The Builder's Club is collecting life essentials and gifts for children and teens that are entering foster care. We will be collecting from now until February 9th. Please bring all donations to your ELA class. Please see the following slideshow for more details.

Hello Friends,

Beginning Monday February 5th the library will start requiring students to have their IDs with them during Advisory.  If you were issued an ID and have lost it you may purchase a new one in the 8th grade office for $8.

ADVISORY TEACHERS:

In your mailboxes are packets for TADA's fundraisers.  Please give them out to each student listed.  Thanks for your help!  Appreciate it.
