Student Pictures will take place next week:
September 11 - 8th grade
September 12 - 7th Grade
September 13 - 6th Grade
All students should take the picture information home to parents and guardians.
FALL PLAY:
Calling all singers, dancers, actors, and technicians: Interest meetings for the fall play will take place on Tuesday, September 12th and Thursday, September 14th from 3:00-4:15 in the Little Theater. Learn more about auditioning and signing up for tech crews. Activity buses will be available.
Attention 8th-grade girls interested in playing soccer: Please come to the Interest Meeting on Wednesday, September 13th at 3:05 PM in Room 308. We will discuss tryout information. Please have your PIAA form completed and uploaded to PlanetHS.com before the interest meeting. PIAA information is available on our Google Classroom. TADA:
Are you looking for a club to join this year? A club where you can meet new friends and have fun on Friday nights? Then join TADA, which stands for Teens Against Drugs and Alcohol. We are the largest club in the school and we sponsor 1 or 2 events every month all year long. TADA is open to students in all 3 grades here at the middle school and the process to join is easy, just follow 2 simple steps:
1.) Join the TADA Google Classroom with the code k3rarui
AND
2.) Fill out and submit the GOOGLE FORM in the TADA Google Classroom
If you have any questions please see Mr. Sandler, Mr. Durand, or Ms. O'Connor, but don't delay as TADA sign-ups end on Friday, September 29th. And remember, even if you were in TADA last year, you still must sign up again this year to rejoin.
Morning Announcement Readers:
Are you interested in being a morning announcer at AMS? If so, tryouts are taking place the week of September 11th. Please visit this flpgrid link. Read the directions and then record a video before September 15th. Callbacks will be the week of September 18th.
Attention AMS Students! The Abington Yearbook needs YOU! We are looking for photographers, sales people and creative types to help make the Abington yearbook a success! Please join the classroom 4iok7gp or see Mrs. Walker with any questions. Our first meeting will be in two weeks so please join soon and watch the Google Classroom for updates and information
7th/8th graders: All Students in 7th & 8th grades. That want to play Football. There will be an interest meeting, after school TODAY, Wednesday, September 13th. In Commons C. Starting at 3:10 pm and ending at 4 pm. Students will be able to catch the 4:15pm activity bus.
Attention all 7th grade girls interested in playing soccer. There will be an interest meeting held today, September 13 at 7:30 am in room 324. If you can not make it, tryouts will be starting on Monday, September 18. Please join the Google Classroom. The code is listed on the flyers on the 7th grade floor.
