What is Science club all about?
Science club offers hands-on experience with various disciplines in science. Science club is a great place to make new friends in the midst of challenge and learning. You can explore your own interests in science and expand your knowledge while having fun.
What type of events and activities will we do?
Several after School Lab Experiments and Activities
After School Hikes and Field Sampling
“The Night Sky” Evening Trip to Franklin Institute
Monitor Health and Quality of East Branch Baeder Creek
Sea Port Museum and/or Palmyra Cove field trips
Build and participate in the SeaPerch competition
Promote historically significant holidays:
Earth Day
Arbor Day
Give back to the community:
Baederwood Park Stream Cleanup and Plantings
Participate in elementary school Science Fairs
